Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Leadership Team role based in Pune City. The responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, leading operational and business development efforts, and fostering innovation to align with organizational goals. The position also requires collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies that enhance organizational growth and client satisfaction. The role is pivotal in steering the company's vision and mission while ensuring operational excellence.

- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and mentor team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Prior experience in leadership roles within the financial services or stock broking industry is highly advantageous
