Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Kochi for Manjilas Double Horse. The designated team member will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, formulating and executing strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance business performance and market positioning will form a critical part of daily responsibilities.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational oversight expertise
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with food manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance processes is an advantage
• Background in business administration, management, or related fields

• Experience in overseeing product development and market expansion strategies
