Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Leadership Skills for Managers Lecturer. The Lecturer will design, develop, and deliver course content focused on leadership principles and practical management skills for emerging and experienced managers. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, creating engaging course materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Lecturer will also contribute to curriculum development, stay updated on industry best practices, and participate in activities to enhance the academic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leadership Development and Managerial Skills Training
- Expertise in Communication, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Curriculum Design, Lesson Planning, and Educational Methods
- Strong Presentation, Public Speaking, and Facilitation Abilities
- Commitment to promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and critical thinking
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field
- Proven work experience in a leadership training or management role
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in a remote or online learning environment, is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to diverse learning styles and multicultural educational environments
