Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Leadership Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling leadership hiring mandates across IT and Non-IT roles for the India market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior-level positions.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership talent across industries.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve closure targets within defined timelines.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in leadership hiring / executive search.
- Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of the India talent market.
