About the Role

Chitkara Business School invites applications from senior academic leaders and accomplished industry experts who are currently engaged in teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership.

We are seeking a visionary Leader to lead and transform our Undergraduate Programs in:

• Data Science
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Digital Science & Management

This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong blend of industry experience, academic engagement, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and academic leadership for UG programs
• Drive curriculum innovation aligned with industry needs and future skills
• Mentor and develop faculty teams; foster interdisciplinary collaboration
• Build strong partnerships with industry, policymakers, and global institutions
• Lead program expansion, new specializations, and academic initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in industry/academia/academic administration
• Exposure to curriculum design, institutional growth, and stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Experience with accreditation frameworks (NAAC/NBA/AACSB) is an advantage, not mandate.
• Proven ability to lead, innovate, and inspire academic transformation
