We’re Hiring: Leadership Coordination Manager (US Healthcare)
Are you someone who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering closely with senior leadership?
We’re looking for a Leadership Coordination Manager to act as a trusted partner to our VP – Healthcare Services and Director – Healthcare Operations, helping drive focus, alignment, and execution across our US Healthcare business.
Role Summary:
This role sits at the center of our US Healthcare leadership team—ensuring priorities are clear, commitments are tracked, and execution stays on course.
You’ll operate with high autonomy, discretion, and ownership, supporting a mix of administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support & Priority Management
- Manage complex leadership calendars, scheduling, and prioritization
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and commitments across stakeholders
- Proactively manage leadership bandwidth and protect focus time
Leadership Cadence & Communication
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and materials
- Capture decisions, action items, and drive follow-ups
- Draft executive communications, presentations, and summaries
Strategic & Project Support
- Assist in research, analysis, and proposal preparation
- Support early-stage initiatives and cross-functional coordination
- Provide flexible support on consulting & healthcare initiatives
Stakeholder & Operational Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel, conferences, and leadership offsites
- Maintain trackers, templates, and shared resources
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive information aligned with HIPAA and compliance standards
- Support document control and access management practices
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have:
- 4–5+ years supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant / Operations / Coordination roles)
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in healthcare / revenue cycle / regulated environments
- Exposure to strategic/project coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Concur, Brightree, Appointment360
Working Model:
- Hybrid role aligned to US Eastern Time working hours
- Flexibility for occasional early/late meetings
- Limited travel for leadership meetings or conferences
