Your Opportunity
As a Leadership Consulting Partner, you will build and grow your own consulting practice while leveraging LMI's globally recognized methodologies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver LMI leadership and development programs to organizations
Facilitate leadership development workshops and learning sessions
Coach executives, managers, and professionals
Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers
Expand leadership development initiatives within client organizations
Develop and grow your consulting business in your region
Ideal Profile
15+ years of professional or business experience
Passion for leadership development, coaching, and people growth
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Established professional network and business relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build an independent practice
Experience in consulting, training, leadership, sales, HR, business management, or entrepreneurship is advantageous
