• Lead and scale sales operations with a strategic mindset
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams

🔹 Key Requirements
✅ Minimum 4-8+ years of leadership experience in Sales
✅ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
✅ Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
✅ Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage (not mandatory)
