Job Description
Lead and scale HR operations for multi-location BPO workforce.
Own the employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, payroll interface, benefits administration, leave management, etc.
Drive consistent employee experience and SLA-based service delivery.
Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.).
Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all HR systems.
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, audits, and regulatory guidelines across regions.
Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure HR process integrity.
Lead audit preparedness for internal and external stakeholders (SOX, ISO, client audits, etc.).
Manage centralized HR Shared Services teams for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries.
Establish KPIs, service metrics, and continuous improvement programs within shared services.
Build and scale knowledge management systems and employee self-service platforms.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for HR KPIs (attrition, hiring metrics, productivity, compliance).
Present insights and trends to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Business Unit Heads, Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, and IT teams for seamless HR service delivery.
Serve as escalation point for complex HR operational issues across geographies.
Lead and mentor a high-performing HR operations team across regions.
Build succession pipelines and capability within the HR ops team.
