Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator with strong L2/L3 application and platform support experience. The role involves Windows Server administration, Vulnerability Management, SSL Certificate management, PowerShell scripting, and handling Incident, Problem, and Change Management using ServiceNow to ensure SLA compliance and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for applications and platform environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management in ServiceNow.
- Manage Vulnerability Management, server patching, and remediation activities.
- Handle SSL certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and server health.
- Coordinate with Infra, SRE, Security, and Development teams.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain operational documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong Windows Server Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Expertise in Vulnerability Management and SSL Certificates.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Good troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Understanding of server monitoring, networking, and SLA-driven support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps/SRE concepts, IIS, Active Directory, and virtualization.
