Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer who can operate at the intersection of design excellence, learning experience, and enterprise expectations.
You will lead the visual direction for large-scale corporate learning programs, working closely with instructional designers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class, learner-centric experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design strategy for enterprise-level eLearning programs
- Translate complex corporate training content into clear, engaging visual storytelling
- Design high-fidelity storyboards, UI systems, infographics, dashboards, and interactive modules
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, project managers, and developers
- Present concepts to global stakeholders and US-based clients
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and compliance requirements
- Build and scale design systems
- Mentor and lead a team of designers
- Drive innovation in learning experience design (LX)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years in visual design (eLearning/corporate training preferred)
- Experience with enterprise/global clients
- Strong portfolio of large-scale learning solutions
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate Storyline, Adobe After Effects
- Strong hands-on experience in video production and motion graphics (After Effects)
- Strong visual hierarchy and enterprise UI design skills
- Working knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) is a plus
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms
- Familiarity with WCAG
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fortune 100/500 clients
- Exposure to corporate training modules
- Experience in gamification and simulations
- Understanding of learning analytics
- Basic front-end or authoring workflow knowledge
