Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Video Producer to manage and elevate our video content targeted towards a 1M+ audience reach. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. You will oversee the end-to-end video production process, including ideation, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, high-quality content aligned with our brand vision and target audience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling approach of UrbanGabru.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Video Production and handling multimedia content workflows, including planning, shooting, and directing
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production processes to create polished and professional visuals
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics to design and incorporate dynamic visuals into video content
- Excellent ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality multimedia content for large-scale audiences
- Strong project management skills with attention to timelines and resource coordination
- Experience with video production tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of creating impactful video content for platforms with 1M+ audience reach
