Porcellia is a remote-first team of 50+ contrarian-creative professionals AKA the minds behind the most fast-scaling D2C brands in the country i.e. Gully Labs, NUUK, NOOE, The Cinnamon Kitchen, atovio etc.
So if you think editing is only about transitions, templates, or making things look ‘cool’, this won’t work.
But if you obsess over psychology, innovation and speed, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Your job here is not to make raw footage look pretty. Your job is to make it sell.
To turn Attention → Interest → Trust → Action.
What you’ll do
- Edit short-form ads, UGC, testimonials, and product demos for performance
- Turn raw footage into clear, well-paced, emotionally honest stories
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists from idea to execution
- Rework edits based on real performance metrics like CTR and hook rates
- Build templates and workflows that help us scale without losing quality
What you should already bring
- Experience editing short-form or performance-first content (1–2 years or equivalent skill)
- A strong sense of pacing, hooks, and platform-native storytelling
- Comfort working in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or After Effects (skills>tools>
- The ability to edit across styles: clean, chaotic, aesthetic, punchy
- The temperament to handle fast feedback without ego
Basic motion graphics is a plus.
Curiosity about why people stop, watch, and buy is essential.
