The candidate must currently be operating at an L3 Support level and should have hands-on experience deploying and supporting Horizon environments at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and support enterprise-scale Omnissa Horizon infrastructureManage and troubleshoot Horizon environments including Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), Horizon Agents, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM)Configure and support Workspace ONE Access and third-party Identity Management integrationsTroubleshoot VDI issues related to performance, user profiles, authentication, connectivity, and application deliverySupport hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises VMware infrastructurePerform diagnostics, log analysis, and root cause analysis for complex Horizon incidentsDevelop and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and solution/operational documentationAutomate routine operations using scripting and log analysis toolsCollaborate with OEMs and vendors (VMware, Microsoft, and hardware partners) for escalations and issue resolutionMentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessionsParticipate in rotational on-call support, including night shifts as per business requirementsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue managementMandatory QualificationsOverall 8+ years of experience in IT InfrastructureMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon environmentsStrong experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large enterprise environmentsProven experience supporting VMware EUC technologies at L3 levelHands-on expertise with Workspace ONE Access and DEMStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills across VDI technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCandidate must currently be working in an L3 Support roleMinimum job stability of 2 years per organization preferredBE / B.Tech / Diploma / BSc / MCA / MCM Click on Apply to know more.
