About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer who is a strong design thinker and leader, capable of driving end-to-end user experience across products. You will be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with product managers, engineers, and architects to shape intuitive and scalable user experiences.
This role requires ownership of the design vision, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring design consistency, usability, and excellence across the product ecosystem.
What you’ll be Responsible for?
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping to final delivery.
- Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy across product lines.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides across platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction and prioritization.
- Conduct usability evaluations and continuously improve product experience based on user feedback and data.
- Write clear design specifications and ensure seamless handoff to engineering teams.
- Review implementations and provide feedback to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture within the team.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and advocate for user-centric design decisions.
What you’d have?
- 8 -10 years of experience in UX/UI design with strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience in web, mobile, and responsive design across platforms.
- Experience in SaaS / CPaaS platforms is a strong plus.
- Expertise across all phases of design: research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction, and visual design.
- Proven ability to lead design initiatives and align cross-functional teams around a design vision.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, and Whimsical.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints effectively.
