Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead US IT Technical Recruiter Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring professionals for IT positions. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential candidates, understanding client requirements, building and maintaining a talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals effectively. The role also involves leveraging knowledge of the IT industry to match candidates to appropriate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology and its various domains
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for technical roles
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience recruiting for the US market or international regions is a plus
