🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical client requirements
• Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs
• Allocate requirements and monitor team performance
• Ensure quality submissions and SLA/TAT compliance
• Mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies and market trends
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and support closures
• Track team productivity, reports, and recruitment metrics
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Proven team handling and leadership experience
✅ Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social networks, ATS and internal database etc.,
✅ Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, ERP, Development, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
