✔ Ensure quality submissions & fast closures
✔ Mentor your team & boost performance

Strong experience in US IT Recruitment (W2 | C2C | 1099)
Proven ability to lead teams & deliver results
Expertise in Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder
Solid understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Dev, ERP)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
