seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in ETL testing, with a strong understanding of data quality processes and proficiency in SQL queries. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data systems, focusing on our Snowflake data platform.

- QA experience in data warehousing and ETL testing.
- Strong SQL/Snowflake expertise (SnowSQL, Snowpipe processes, stored procedures).
- Hands-on experience validating large datasets, transformations, and data lineage.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks (DBT, Great Expectations, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and JIRA for test management.
- Good understanding of healthcare domain data (demographics, encounters, claims) preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Work within agile squads (5–6 members) — embedded QA per squad to ensure continuity and domain familiarity.
