Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Drive sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Mentor and guide recruiters
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring performance
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team or leading recruitment initiatives
- Experience in contract/C2H hiring.
Required Skills
- Proven experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in working for Big4 firms
