We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter based in India to source, screen, and hire top talent for our U.S. based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. tech landscape and be proficient in recruiting for various technical roles across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screening Resumes: Review and assess candidate resumes for specialized skills and qualifications relevant to technical positions
- Conducting Interviews: Perform pre-screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep an organized database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to all U.S. employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technical recruiting, with a focus on the U.S. market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn recruiting platform and ATS
- Understanding and experience of various technical roles and ability to screen for them.
- Work during U.S. business hours (7 AM to 4PM Pacific)
