Summary:The Client is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of Big Bets—high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives critical to global data center and product deployments. This role owns delivery outcomes, orchestrates complex dependencies across engineering, platform, security, and operations teams, and ensures production-ready launches with measurable results.
Responsibilities:- End-to-end delivery leadership for large, complex initiatives—from environment readiness and release planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
- Cross-organization orchestration, aligning multiple dependent teams and removing blockers to create predictable, on-time delivery paths.
- Cloud and data center deployment execution, including coordination of infrastructure readiness, integrations, and production outcomes.
- Execution governance and transparency, establishing strong delivery mechanisms (cadences, milestones, RAID/ROAM, metrics, reporting) and serving as the single source of truth for program status.
- Risk and dependency management, proactively identifying, mitigating, and communicating issues that impact timelines or launch readiness.
- Continuous improvement, driving cycle-time reduction through streamlined processes, automation, and improved cross-team coordination.
- Executive-level communication, translating complex technical and operational topics into clear, data-driven updates and decisions for leadership.
Requirements:- 5 years driving outcomes across multiple delivery teams with complex dependencies in a global or similarly scaled organization.
- Availability to work onsite in Pune, India at least 3 days per week.

- Strong experience in cloud/platform deployment execution (readiness, release planning, go-live, stabilization).
- Proven ability to build program execution mechanisms that improve predictability and visibility.
Preferred Skills:- Strong facilitator and communicator, credible with engineers and senior leaders alike.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited guidance, turning intent into momentum and results.
- High technical acumen with the ability to assess designs across scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- AWS Certifications, Scaled Agile certifications.
