Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Technical Expert. The Lead Technical Expert will be responsible for mentoring teams, providing advanced technical solutions, driving R&D initiatives, delivering exceptional technical support, and liaising with customers to ensure high-quality service. The role also involves analyzing challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and customer interactions
- Expertise in Technical Support to address and resolve advanced technical issues
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and technological advancements
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven leadership abilities and team mentoring experience
- Hands-on experience with emerging technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
