We are looking for someone who can bring curriculum to life in classrooms and strengthen teaching practices across the school.
This role sits at the intersection of curriculum implementation, teacher development, and classroom practice, ensuring that what is designed translates meaningfully into everyday learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Implementation of Core Programs (SEL, PBL, Literacy)
- Lead implementation of SEL, PBL, and Literacy programs
- Co-plan and co-teach with teachers
- Observe classes and refine implementation based on student needs
2) SEL Program Ownership
- Attend trainings conducted by partner organization
- Translate training into effective classroom practices
- Implement in 2-3 grades and support the school teacher in implementation
- Conduct training sessions for other teachers in the school
- Design pedagogical practices with SEL principles and lead school-wide implementation
3) Teacher Development & Support
- Conduct teacher training sessions
- Provide feedback through observations and co-teaching
- Build teacher capacity and confidence
4) Strengthening Classroom Practice & Pedagogy
- Identify gaps and strengths in classroom practices
- Build consistent, high-quality pedagogy across classrooms
- Develop simple tools and frameworks for teachers
5) Support PBL Curriculum Development
- Contribute to design and refinement of PBL curriculum
- Use classroom insights to improve project modules
- Ensure curriculum is contextual and engaging
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of classroom practice and child development
- Experience with SEL / PBL / experiential learning is a plus
- Comfortable working closely with teachers in classrooms
- Willing to start small, build with teachers, and iterate

- Improved classroom engagement and learning experiences
