Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Teacher in the Nursery & Kindergarten program at our Noida location. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering age-appropriate educational activities, fostering creativity through play-based and experiential learning, and ensuring a nurturing environment for every child. Additional responsibilities include monitoring child development, communicating with parents/guardians, and maintaining a structured yet flexible classroom that prioritizes emotional well-being and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Early Childhood Education practices, curriculum planning, and creating age-appropriate learning activities
- Experience with classroom management, behavior guidance, and fostering emotional growth in young children
- Skilled in effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and engaged in a child's development
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and individuality
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Prior experience as a teacher or educator in a nursery/kindergarten setting is preferred
- Certification in first aid and child safety measures is a plus
