The Role
You'll be the architect of FlytBase's talent magnetism and the guardian of our cultural DNA. This isn't typical recruitment role, you'll own the entire talent ecosystem from community building and employer branding to cultural assessment and hire decisions. You'll be responsible for ensuring every person who joins FlytBase elevates our capabilities and strengthens our culture.
This is a high-ownership role where your decisions compound across the entire organization. You'll build systematic approaches to attract exceptional talent in the Physical AI space, design assessment processes that identify cultural alignment, and create content that showcases what makes FlytBase different. You'll work directly with our founder and leadership team to maintain the standards that have made us a magnet for world-class talent.
What You'll Own
• Cultural guardianship and assessment framework to evaluate alignment with FlytBase's DNA
• End-to-end talent pipeline from sourcing to hire decisions across all functions
• Content strategy and creation showcasing team wins, innovation stories, and culture narratives. Check out Life at FlytBase on LinkedIn and YouTube to know what you'll own.
• AI community events and college partnerships including hackathons and technical workshops
• Employer brand development through thought leadership and industry reputation building
• Candidate experience design that enhances our talent brand through every interaction
• Referral program optimization and team network activation
• Assessment process design that identifies growth potential and cultural contribution
• LinkedIn and social media presence that attracts high-agency candidates organically
Best Suited For
• 3-5 years in talent acquisition with demonstrated cultural assessment expertise
• Content creation and storytelling ability for multi-channel employer branding
• Event management experience with technical communities and top educational institutions
• Behavioral interviewing sophistication beyond surface-level questions

Who You'll Work With
You'll report directly to Nitin Gupta, our Founder & CEO. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team across Product, Engineering, and Business Development. You'll partner with team members who've scaled FlytBase from a small startup to the pioneer in the drone industry with global deployments, all while maintaining cultural excellence.
