Role: Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech & AI – Global Hiring)
Location: Bangalore (On-site, 5 days)
Shift: Night Shift (US/UK/EU alignment)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist who can operate at the intersection of strategy and execution in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
In this role, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to startup clients, driving end-to-end recruitment for complex, niche, and leadership tech roles across global markets. This is not a traditional in-house TA role—you will be expected to own delivery, influence hiring decisions, and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
You will work closely with founders, CXOs, and global stakeholders to build, scale, and optimise high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple high-priority roles for global clients
- Hire across:
- Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA)
- AI/ML, Data Science, Analytics
- Product & Leadership (Director, VP, Head level)
- Drive global hiring across US, UK, and Europe markets with strong market understanding
- Partner with founders, CXOs, and business leaders on:
- Talent strategy
- Workforce planning
- Market intelligence & compensation insights
- Build and scale teams in 0→1 and hypergrowth (1→100) environments
- Maintain strong pipeline health for niche and leadership roles
- Improve offer acceptance ratio, time-to-hire, and quality of hire
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and quality
- Act as a consultative advisor, not just an executor
- Mentor / lead junior recruiters (good to have)
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years of experience in Tech/Engineering hiring
- Brings strong agency/staffing or client-facing recruitment experience (highly preferred)
- Has worked in startup / product / high-growth environments
- Has closed leadership roles (Director, VP, Head level)
- Has hands-on experience hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, and niche tech roles
- Has managed global hiring (US/UK/EU markets)
- Has built teams from scratch (0→1 hiring environments)
- Is comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Has strong experience working with senior stakeholders / CXOs
