You’ll work closely with founders, business leaders, and the HR team to drive hiring across the company. This is a full-cycle talent role, where you’ll own hiring for both GTM and tech roles, while helping us build strong, scalable hiring practices as we grow.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for key and leadership roles — from role scoping and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan hiring effectively.
- Manage day-to-day talent acquisition operations — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including proactive outreach for future roles.
- Write personalized outreach to engage high-quality candidates.
- Track and improve key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Support and guide the TA team’s day-to-day work (pipeline reviews, prioritisation, process hygiene)
- Continuously improve hiring processes as we scale.
What makes you a good fit
- 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for B2B SaaS roles (GTM and/or tech).
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Enjoy solving 0 → 1 problems and setting up processes from scratch.
- Strong ownership across both strategy and execution.
- Bonus: experience managing a small team.
