Job Purpose:
Drive talent acquisition activities across technical, operational, and corporate functions by managing end-to-end hiring processes, enabling quality talent pipeline development, and supporting workforce expansion aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, offer management, and onboarding support across functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, capability needs, and hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions through market mapping, networking, and sourcing initiatives.
• Drive recruitment through multiple channels including consultants, job portals, referrals, campus engagement, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and evaluation tracking to ensure smooth hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.
• Review candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, and market availability to support effective hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including turnaround time, offer conversion, sourcing effectiveness, and closure status.
• Support workforce planning discussions by tracking hiring progress, position status, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and business teams for seamless onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, hiring trackers, candidate databases, and compliance records within defined systems and processes.
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives to strengthen market visibility and hiring effectiveness.
• Participate in process improvement and recruitment automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and hiring governance.
• Coordinate with recruitment team members and external partners to manage hiring priorities and delivery timelines across multiple positions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA/PGDM in HR (Fulltime)
• 10–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to the Upstream Oil & Gas / E&P sector
• Exposure to large-scale project hiring, EPC, offshore, drilling, or international recruitment is preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment processes
• Familiarity with HRMS, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and execution management skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates within dynamic and evolving business environments
