Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Talent Acquisition professional located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves overseeing full-life cycle recruiting, developing and enhancing the employer branding strategy, managing the hiring process to meet company talent requirements, and conducting interviews with a focus on identifying top talent. The role also includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational recruitment objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent pipeline management
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- Experience in Hiring strategies and process optimization
- Have handled Leadership hiring
- Skills in Employer Branding, enhancing the organization’s identity in the job market
- Competence in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Established expertise in Recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Employee value Proposition
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and labor regulations
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, MHRM or a related field;
- Advanced certifications in HR are a plus
