We are looking for an experienced Lead Civil & Structural Engineer to join our growing team at Techbro Engineering Solutions for our Coimbatore location.
📍 Location: Coimbatore
💼 Experience: 8+ Years

Industry Preference: Oil & Gas experience will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage Civil & Structural engineering activities for projects
✔ Prepare/review design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
✔ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
✔ Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements
✔ Review vendor documents and support site-related technical queries
✔ Guide and support junior engineers/designers
✔ Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and quality standards
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✅ Strong knowledge in Civil & Structural design and detailing
✅ Experience in industrial/Oil & Gas projects preferred
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to handle projects independently
