Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Lead Structural Engineer. The role involves performing structural analyses, conducting detailed calculations, designing projects using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and collaborating on civil and structural engineering solutions. The Lead Structural Engineer will also provide technical oversight, ensure compliance with industry standards, and effectively manage project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and detailed Calculations
- Experience in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex engineering projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Knowledge of international maritime standards and regulatory compliance is highly desirable
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
