JOB OVERVIEW:
Lead Strategy
The core objective of this role is to drive the organization's vision by identifying high-impact growth opportunities, architecting strategic frameworks, and orchestrating cross-functional execution to turn complex ideas into scalable business realities.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or CA/CFA
Experience: Minimum 12-15+ years in a Strategy/ Chief of Staff role within a Bank/NBFC, or as a Strategy Consultant (from firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Big 4) specifically driving transformation, growth initiatives, or product innovation projects for the Financial Services sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
•Design and pilot high-impact growth initiatives, translating the organization's vision into structured roadmaps and overseeing their transition from concept to scalable business units
•Act as the strategic catalyst between departments to align on competing priorities and ensure the seamless delivery of mission-critical projects
•Synthesize complex market data and internal KPIs into boardroom-quality insights, providing the leaders with the logical frameworks needed to make high-stakes investment and policy decisions
•Proactively scout and integrate emerging technologies to automate legacy workflows, enhance customer experience, and maintain a competitive edge.
•Evaluate external markets and potential collaborations to identify growth opportunities or strategic alliances that strengthen the firm’s position in the evolving financial landscape.
