Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring practices with business goals. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, driving talent strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
Required Skills and Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate with over 6 yrs of relevant experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
