Role: Lead Solution Architect (BI )
Experience: 7-10 Yrs
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid /
Shift : (Flexibility Required) / 2:00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Role Summary:
Requires a single accountable BI Modernization Program Lead who will act as the Lead Solution Architect to industrialize the migration from QlikView to Power BI.
Key Responsibilities: -
Own end-to-end modernization program as a portfolio-driven initiative. - Lead rationalization of existing BI assets and define modernization roadmap. - Establish standards, automation frameworks, and validation processes.
- Ensure governed Power BI adoption aligned to Eaton standards. - Drive decommissioning of QlikView assets post successful transition. - Reduce BI footprint, optimize run cost, and enable scalable analytics.
Required Skills: - Strong expertise in BI modernization and migration programs. - Deep hands-on experience with QlikView and Power BI. - Experience defining enterprise BI architecture and governance. - Strong SQL, DAX, data modeling, and semantic layer design. - Ability to build automated migration frameworks & validation utilities. - Experience leading cross-functional modernization or transformation programs. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Good to Have Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Knowledge of DataOps, CI/CD for BI, automated testing. - Familiarity with data warehousing platforms and ETL/ELT tools. - Prior experience reducing BI footprint or rationalizing analytics portfolios. - Experience implementing Power BI governance, RLS, workspace strategy. Success Metrics: - Reduced BI landscape cost and footprint. - Governed, scalable, secure Power BI environment. - Automated migration processes. - Full decommissioning of QlikView.
Mandatory Skills - Deep hands-on experience with QlikView and Power BI. Experience defining enterprise BI architecture and governance.
Nice to have skills - - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Knowledge of DataOps, CI/CD for BI, automated testing.
