Role Description
Shreenath Sustainable is seeking a Lead for its Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram entails managing the operations and maintenance of solar energy projects to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. The Lead will oversee O&M teams, monitor facility performance, coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role will also involve fostering improvements in operational processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in managing operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring for solar energy projects.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills for addressing technical issues in renewable energy systems, particularly solar power facilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate O&M teams effectively.
- Experience in adhering to safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management and the optimization of operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering disciplines is preferred.
- Knowledge of renewable energy asset management and familiarity with emerging trends in solar technology is an added advantage.
