Role Description
This is a full-time on-hybrid role for a Solar Installer, based in Nagpur. The Solar Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Daily tasks will include managing installation teams, supervising the use of hand and power tools, troubleshooting system issues, and communicating with clients as needed. The role also involves ensuring optimal performance of solar systems and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solar Power and Solar Systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with Power Tools and Hand Tools, and the ability to use them safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of the Solar Industry and its best practices
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively, ensuring project timelines are met
- Prior experience in on-site solar installation or similar construction roles
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment and handle physical tasks
