Responsibilities

Job Description:

Lead Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies—particularly React.js on the frontend and Python with Django on the backend. leading , design and impact analysis of all new features and enhancements. take full ownership of the end-to-end technical process—from requirement analysis and architecture design to development, deployment, and post-release support.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and product enhancements.

Ø Own and drive all aspects of the software development process from design to deployment.

Ø Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Ø Perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Ø Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into scalable and performant designs.

Ø Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

Ø Ensure the application architecture supports scalability, performance, and security best practices.

Ø Serom management (Security Event and Response Orchestration Management),

Ø Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and product enhancements.

Ø Own and drive all aspects of the software development process from design to deployment.

Ø Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Ø Perform peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Ø 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Ø Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles.

Ø Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Ø Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.

Ø Expertise in front-end development using React.js.

Ø Strong backend development experience using Python with Django framework.

Ø Experience with designing for scalability and high performance.

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

Ø Python

Ø React JS

Ø Django

Ø Good Understanding of Network Automation and Scripting Expertise

Ø CCNA will be preferred
