Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI-driven solution development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
  
  

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Architect to design, build, and deploy Generative AIbased solutions for IT Operations automation. This role involves working closely with IT Operations and ITSM subject matter experts to translate ITIL processes into intelligent, scalable GenAI workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in GenAI frameworks, AI orchestration, and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on delivering production-ready AI solutions that drive measurable operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Generative AIbased components for IT Operations automation
• Collaborate with ITSM and ITIL SMEs to understand operational processes and translate them into GenAI workflows
• Design, build, and fine-tune AI models for knowledge generation and resolution recommendations
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness of AI solutions
• Integrate GenAI components with ITSM platforms and monitoring/observability tools
• Conduct performance benchmarking and measure outcomes against defined baseline metrics
• Identify high-value automation use cases and continuously optimize AI-driven workflows
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments
  
  

Technical Skills

Must Have :

Hands-on Experience With Generative AI Frameworks Such As

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• LangFlow
  
  

Experience Building GenAI Pipelines, Including

• LangChain pipelines
• Multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph
• Workflow design using LangFlow
  
  

Strong Understanding Of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Including

• Hybrid RAG (BM25 + embeddings + rerankers)
• Agentic RAG
• Prompt engineering and context optimization
  
  

Strong Understanding Of ITIL Principles, Including

• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Experience integrating with APIs and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  
  

Proficiency In Python, Including

• FastAPI
• OOP concepts
• Async programming
• REST APIs
• Experience with API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience building AI-powered dashboards using Streamlit
• Exposure to observability, monitoring, or AIOps platforms
• Experience working in enterprise IT operations :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
