Role Description
This full-time role as a Lead Software Engineer is based on-site in Germany. The selected candidate will oversee the software development lifecycle, lead back-end and programming projects, and ensure designs are built and implemented effectively. Responsibilities include coding, optimizing back-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members to deliver successful software solutions. An emphasis on innovative problem-solving and technical expertise will play a key part in driving project success.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Computer Science principles
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server and database management
- Extensive experience in Software Development processes and methodologies
- Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in leadership or mentor roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
