Together, we are building a Digital Operating Room + Surgical Intelligence ecosystem integrating real-

Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who can play a key role in building and evolving a Surgical
Intelligence platform powered by AI and real-time systems.
This role requires a strong combination of systems thinking, product intuition, and hands-on engineering
capability. You will work closely with the founder and core team to shape the technical direction,
architecture, and core capabilities of the platform.
You will contribute across both core platform development and AI-driven capabilities.
What You Will Work On
You will work on building a platform at the intersection of real-time communication, AI-driven
intelligence, and healthcare workflows.
The platform involves handling live video, interactive collaboration, and continuous data flows, while
enabling intelligent processing of unstructured data such as surgical video, audio, and clinical context.
This role requires thinking across layers—from low-latency systems and distributed architectures to
AI/LLM-driven workflows—and bringing them together into a cohesive, production-grade platform.
Technology Landscape (High-Level)
Interactive web and mobile applications and rich user interfaces
Scalable backend services and API-driven architecture
Real-time communication and streaming systems
Data pipelines for video, audio, and structured/unstructured data
AI/LLM-based systems for automation and insights
Hybrid cloud and on-prem deployments
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end development of critical platform capabilities
Design and build scalable, high-performance systems
Contribute to both platform engineering and AI-driven capabilities
Develop intelligent workflows for data processing and insights
Collaborate closely with leadership on technical direction
Ensure production readiness, reliability, and performance

What We Are Looking For
Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
Ability to work across frontend, backend, and system design
Interest or experience in AI/LLM-based systems
Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking
Comfort in fast-moving environments
