Role Description
Technical Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
• He/she must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders and implementing complex integrations.
• Atleast 6 years in mulesoft with preferred experience/knowledge in JAVA
• Experience as a team lead is mandatory, should be able to drive the team to meet the expected results.
• Good Communication Skill – ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Able to understand the End-to-end Architecture of any given application and provide suggestions and share thoughts.
• Responsible for end-to-end execution of user stories for self and team members.
• Actively try to understand the customer likes and dislikes and work with team to mitigate any risks.
• Review and evaluate technical design and processes and provide recommendations for software development and implementations.
• Ensure high quality deliverables on time by making sure the team is following best practices and development standards across the projects.
• Coach and guide other team members.
• Understand customer needs, participate effectively in project discussions, technical reviews, provide suggestions and ask questions at the right time – don’t make assumptions, think about the bigger picture. • Deeply understand the objective of the project, activities and risks and is responsible for the delivery of the work.
• Participates in solving problems, bridge gaps b/w team and project stakeholders - deliver quality work and communicate solutions/blockers/risks in a timely manner.
• Ability to implement APIs required by the business and practice API-Led Connectivity
• Experience working with SQL Server 2012 or above and building SQL Stored Procedures and knowledge of Relational Database Concepts
• Experience working with GIT.
Good to have:
• Ability to understand and implement MuleSoft APIs as required by the business.
• Knowledge in MuleSoft's Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform which includes Design Centre, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, etc.
• Create RAML Specifications as API contracts for development.
• Understand and implement Data weave scripts.
• Deploy APIs to CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, On-prem workers, etc.
• Create/Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines will be a plus.
• Familiarity & Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Portal, Azure DevOps will be a plus.
