Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Lead Software Engineer. The Lead Software Engineer will oversee the design, development, and optimization of back-end systems and software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean and efficient code, implement object-oriented programming principles, and lead software projects to ensure robust and scalable applications. Additionally, the role involves providing technical guidance, driving innovation, and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming languages and techniques
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design patterns
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with SaaS products or platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
