Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Software Engineer. The Lead Software Engineer will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include leading back-end web development, creating robust software architectures, writing and reviewing efficient code, leveraging object-oriented programming principles, and mentoring a team of developers. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development, Back-End Web Development, and Programming
- Experience in designing, coding, and maintaining scalable and reliable software systems
- Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring developers
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to debugging and improving existing systems
- Familiarity with deployment processes and maintaining code quality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in SaaS-based solutions development is a plus
