Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to architect, design and deliver an enterprise scale servicing platform. This role focuses on system design, technical direction and engineering rigor, development and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end design and development of agents/components
- Review designs/code, quality and integration patterns
- Build robust APIs and workflows
- Implement workflow and task based processing
- Partner with product, operation and architecture teams
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies
Required Technical Skill sets
- Strong experience in backend and distributed system design
- Strong experience in Python (or Java), Google ADK/Langchain
- Experience in Agentic environments
- Strong MongoDB or any NOSQL
- Experience in Asynchronous APIs
- Hands on experience in MCP, Kafka/queues, workflows
- Exposure to banking domain (KYC, onboarding, banking)
- Hands on experience in Microservices based architecture
- Hands on experience to cloud native environments
Agile and Delivery practices
- Proven leadership in Agile based delivery
- Strong experience in estimations and grooming
- Guide teams on delivery and velocity management
