At Creatium, we're building AI-powered automation tools that fundamentally change how businesses operate. We're a lean, high-conviction team, and we're looking for a Lead Engineer to grow with us.
What you'll do:
- Own complex technical projects end-to-end
- Mentor a junior team and champion engineering best practices
- Design and ship AI-integrated, production-grade systems
- Build intelligent automation pipelines at scale
- Research, prototype, and move fast from idea to product
You're a great fit if you:
✅ Have 3 to 6 years of solid engineering experience
✅ Have shipped real AI/ML or LLM-powered features to production
✅ Understand algorithms and system design deeply, not just theoretically
✅ Have built automation tools or workflow systems
✅ Communicate exceptionally well, written and verbal
✅ Are proactive, not reactive: you spot problems before they become fires
✅ Have stayed in roles long enough to see the impact of your work
✅ Have (or are pursuing) an MS in CS / Data Science or a related field, a plus
