You’ll break new ground by

Problem Solving: Apply cutting-edge frameworks and critical thinking to dissect and solve complex problems faced by our customers.

Innovation & Prototyping: Design and develop high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) that demonstrate the value of new technologies, from initial technical validation to showcasing business viability.

Architecture and Design: Develop scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

System Integration: Design and implement integrations between systems and various data sources, including SAP, ensuring seamless data flow between enterprise systems and applications.

Data Pipeline Development: Create robust data pipelines that feed AI models with high-quality data from multiple Siemens organizations.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise.

Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand challenges, define project scopes, and build scalable end-to-end solution

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of designing and building robust, scalable applications.
• Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.
• Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous or complex challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cloud Familiarity: Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  
  

Strongly Preferred

• Startup Experience: Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and a knack for navigating ambiguity.
• AI/ML Experience: A strong interest or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic systems.
• SAP Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating solutions with SAP systems and data.
• Consulting Background: Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role where you were responsible for understanding and solving customer problems.
• Business Acumen: A natural ability to connect technology with business outcomes and to think strategically about market trends.
• Continuous Learning: A deep curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
