Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer / Engineering Manager to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and full stack technologies, along with proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality applications
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and full stack technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security of applications
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Technical Skills Required
Strong experience in PHP development
Proficiency in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
Hands-on experience with MySQL / SQL databases
Experience with modern frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar)
Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks like React/Angular is a plus)
Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture is an advantage
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Leadership and Soft Skills Required
Proven experience in team leadership and people management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling end-to-end project delivery
Prior experience in a Lead or Managerial role
Immediate availability or short notice period
