AdvancedMD Certification Required/Preferred as Applicable | 9+ Years of Experience

Practolytics is looking for a skilled Lead Software Analyst / Engineer with strong application support expertise, leadership experience, and excellent client communication skills. If you’re currently working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Team Lead and have hands-on experience with AdvancedMD, we’d love to hear from you!
🔍 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
✅ Currently working as an SME or Team Lead
✅ Strong background in Application Support
✅ AdvancedMD certification and platform experience preferred
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Ability to manage client-facing discussions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate effective resolutions
