Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Social Media Content QC Specialist who can create compelling, brand-aligned content while ensuring strict quality control across platforms. The role requires a strong balance of
creative writing and content governance .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, platform-specific social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging alignment
- Perform end-to-end quality checks (QC) on content before publishing
- Manage and schedule posts using tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite , or similar platforms
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and client standards
Required Skills
- Strong social media content writing expertise
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Hootsuite , or equivalent tools
- Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) for digital/social content
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing brand or agency social media accounts
- Understanding of social media analytics performance metrics
- Exposure to multi-platform campaign execution
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years in social media operations/content roles
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
